Graceful Mountain Massage
Find Your Strength and Ease
"Graceful Mountain" describes the balance that I strive to attain in my life, as strength and grace are the epitome of health, in all arenas: physical, mental, spiritual, and communal. As a massage therapist and Yogi these elements are reflected in my professional practice and what I aim to help my clients find. Bodywork and Yoga are some of the best ways to learn from our bodies and heal, allowing our minds to be quiet and to find some peace in our chaotic lives.
I have been practicing massage since 2005. Being a skier and avid outdoors woman led me to a degree in sports science and physiology from the University of Utah, and through a yoga teacher training, all of which have deepened my knowledge of how the human body functions and recovers. My specialty has become deep tissue and injury recovery, though I incorporate a plethora of massage modalities ranging from Thai massage to craniosacral therapy.
This week marks my reopening!! I will post my new COVID-19 protocol and what to expect from my practice here in the next day or two. Thank you for being patient and I look forward to seeing you.

Pre and Postnatal Massage
Care for the hard working mama
Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Specially-designed cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen so that the mama-to-be can relax. Massage during pregnancy aids in the health of the mother and child and has been shown to have beneficial effects on labor as well. Postnatal is one of the most beautiful and challenging points of your life- take care of yourself with a massage designed to help relieve common postnatal issues.
Current clients and their referrals recieve $15 off a massage! Help me build a practice of incredible clients. **Applied to your massage after your referral has recieved their first massage.
